The brain is part of the central nervous system (CNS) and is the most complex dynamical structure known within the universe. It has 100 billion neurons with each connected to 30,000 other neurons. This highly dynamic organ receives information about functioning of the body and the external environment. It simultaneously coordinates all parts and systems of the body while enabling cognitive functions such as, memory, emotional processing, language, creativity and executive functioning – among many others. The brain is able to process massive amounts of information, develop responses and learn from it for increased efficiency and mastery. The programs we offer support these brain functions.
After an assessment and personal interview, we design a specific program according to the needs of the individual.
The foundation of growth, development and learning starts with sensory and motor interaction with the world. Sensory development involves smell, touch, vision, hearing and balance.
Motor development includes:
When integrated, the brain and body work in a rhythmic, smooth, balanced and coordinated way. Messages are constantly sent, exchanged, interpreted and responded to between the brain and the body.

Neurofeedback is an advanced form of biofeedback that displays information about brain activity as it occurs. The electricity generated by Central Nervous System (CNS) processing can be detected by sensors placed on the scalp and displayed in real time. Specially designed computer software displays information about the performance of the brain and CNS as a whole and is then presented back to the individual via visual and auditory perception. The information enables the brain to improve processing capacity, efficiency, flexibility, resilience and learning for long term enhanced performance.
Individuals using Neurofeedback have experienced relief from a vast array of psychological, emotional and medical conditions along with considerable personal and spiritual growth. Neurofeedback is also widely used by students, athletes, musicians, first responders etc. for cognitive and mental performance.

NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback is a unique, state-of-the-art Neurofeedback system that works directly with the natural healing and transformational capacity of the Brain and Central Nervous System – you do your own healing without side-effects.
NeurOptimal is non-invasive, non-directive and drug free, based on a different understanding of the ‘Optimal’ brain.
NeurOptimal® monitors a broad EEG spectrum from both hemispheres of the brain simultaneously, rather than focusing on particular frequencies. The software detects a particular type of turbulence that is characteristic of sub-optimal processing caused by stress and lifestyle factors inherent in living in the modern world.
Brain wave patterns among family members are linked, as people’s anxieties and worries influence one another. When two people undergo the training, they can reinforce a calmer and improved state of awareness, better communication and relationships. During Optimal Performance training, people experience improved awareness (seeing the big picture) and problem solving occurs..
General Benefits for all age groups – Enhances:
History
NeurOptimal was introduced in the 1990’s by Zengar Institute founders Dr. Valdeane Brown and Dr. Susan Cheshire Brown and is considered by many in the neuroscience field to be the most highly evolved form of Neurofeedback training in the world today.

The Interactive Metronome is a computer based program that trains rhythm by clapping to the beat of auditory sound through headphones. The computer then measures to the millisecond how close the client is to matching the beat and gives feedback. The client interprets the feedback and attempts to improve. Activities include clapping, stomping and tapping to various movement patterns. The IM training takes place over a 15 hour period which should be sufficient to correct timing and rhythm in the body.
Why is timing and rhythm important?
There is evidence of three types of timing-based phenomena, in the brain: frequency, synchrony and temporal patterns.
Rhythm is important for cognition and action as well as language development. Face-to-face communication, speech and body movements are highly synchronized with one another.
Rhythm is also relevant to memory processes.

This innovative mat safely delivers low-intensity, pulsed electro-magnetic field energy. This electro-magnetic energy is the same frequency at which our earth vibrates. This low frequency stimulation wakes up every cell in the body, optimizing the functioning and healing capacity of the body.
Benefits – Enhances:
The Magnetic Resonance Stimulation Mat is regulated by the FDA (USA) as a therapeutic device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

‘G-force Movement’ is the effect of gravity on the human body. The body is made up of trillions of cells which are 70% fluid. When we move, gravity causes the fluid in the cell to move which changes the shape of the cell membrane. As a result, the cell absorbs nutrients and also eliminates wastes. If we don’t move, the cell membrane does not change shape and the cell can’t absorb nutrients and eliminate waste properly.

The human body shrinks about 1 inch every 25 years. Most of this loss in height occurs in the spine where there are 26 bones (vertebra) which are separated by fluid filled discs. The downward pressure of gravity pushes fluid out of the disc, so with aging the disc gets increasingly thinner. The cartilage in the ankle, knee and hip is also compressed and loses fluid.
When the angle of the body is adjusted, the fluid is re-absorbed and the body returns to a healthier state.
